Filtering for Netflix can be affected by:

Watching Netflix content on an older computer
When watching content on Netflix with the Edge browser or an older computer, Clearplay must adjust for differences in how Netflix runs on Edge compared to Chrome.
The timing of skips and mutes is sensitive and varies by browser. If you're using Microsoft Edge, Arc, Opera, Brave, or Tusk instead of Chrome, skips and mutes may trigger too early or too late, affecting how well the content filters.
For better performance, we recommend switching to Chrome. If you're using an older computer, upgrading to one with more processing power and memory should also improve filtering.
