Netflix filtering requirements

Filtering of Netflix can be affected by:

• Watching Netflix content using the Edge browser

• Watching Netflix content on an older computer

When watching content on Netflix with the Edge browser, or with an older computer, Clearplay must compensate for slight changes in how Netflix works. The result is that some skips will be unnecessarily longer in duration.

To improve the filtering performance we recommend switching from the Edge browser to the Chrome browser; and if you are using an older laptop or computer, switching to one with more processing power and memory should improve the filtering experience.
