Refresh your browser. If filtering timings seem off for a particular movie or TV show refresh your browser and see if that fixes the issue.

To report timing issues please email care@clearplay.com. Please include the following information in your email:
The name of the movie or TV show.
Were you connected to a TV or playing directly on your laptop?
Approximately when the problem occurs during the movie.
What is the hour, minute, and second (hh:mm:ss) of when each instance content was not filtered properly, e.g.:
G*d at 00:24:35
B*tch at 01:54:02
Partial nudity at 00:05:15
For TV episodes, please include the season, episode name, and number.
