Alert indicating filtering will not work due to detected changes in the show.

Change Detected:

Streaming services occasionally make changes to their movies and tv shows.  Some changes can only be detected after the “play button” has been pressed.

Re-syncronizing Filtering:

If a change is detected we display this warning and immediately notify Clearplay’s filter support team. We then locate any changes and re-review the movie and tv show for timing adjustments. This process can take up to 24 hours.

Filtering Fixed:

Once the filtering has been fixed, this warning will no-longer be displayed, and the show will be available for filtering.

Having a legal filtering service means that we must perform all filtering in real-time. This presents it’s own set of challenges — like keeping up with all possible changes across thousands of movies and tv shows.  We are up for the challenge.
