The updated software has been released. Chrome will automatically update to the latest version over the next couple hours. If you want to manually update the Clearplay service, use these instructions.

We have completed our testing and are in the process of releasing the software update. Filtering on both the Amazon HBO channel and the HBO Max streaming service will begin working later this evening if everything goes as planned. Please check back for updates. Thanks!

We are continuing to review the changes from Max —> HBOmax, and will have a better idea by 4 pm today of how long the service will be down.

Max has reverted to HBOmax and updated their platform. The Clearplay filtering service is temporarily disabled during the transition. We will give you a status update in about two hours. Thanks, everyone, for your understanding while we get the service back online.
