Legally supported devices
Clearplay only provides legal methods for accessing movies for filtering. As such, our filtering works on Mac and PC laptops and desktop computers. We do this so movies and TV shows are legally streamed directly from a streaming service’s authorized website.
We understand this isn’t perfectly convenient — but it is legal.
Pro Tip - HDMI cable
Often our customers will simply purchase an inexpensive laptop that they connect to their television as a dedicated entertainment device. We recommend connecting the laptop to your TV with an HDMI cable.
