Clearplay currently supports filtering on:
Amazon Prime
Apple TV
Disney+
HBO Max
Netflix
Paramount+
On Amazon.com, filtering also works for many rented or purchased movies through the Prime Video Store.
A few things to know:
Ad-free subscriptions are required for filtering on supported subscription services.
Hulu filtering is only available through Disney+, not directly on Hulu.com.
“Why can’t some movies or purchases be filtered?”
Some streaming apps, especially purchased content inside certain apps, don’t allow browser extensions like Clearplay to work with their video player.
For example, movies purchased directly through the Apple TV app can’t currently be filtered there. However, eligible movies may work through Movies Anywhere if they’re connected to your Amazon account.
“Why doesn’t Clearplay work with all Amazon-channel subscriptions?”
Some Amazon channels use video systems that currently don’t work with Clearplay filtering. We know that’s disappointing, and we’re always looking for ways to support more services.
Right now, Clearplay does not support filtering for these Amazon channel subscriptions:
Acorn TV
AMC+
BritBox
Crunchyroll
Discovery+
Hallmark+
Lifetime Movie Club
Lionsgate+
Magnolia Selects
MGM+
PBS Masterpiece
Peacock
Shudder
Sundance Now
