# How Do I Change My Username/Email Address?

**Changing your username**

Changing your username depends on how you signed up with Clearplay:

**I Signed Up Through Google or Facebook** If you signed up with Facebook or Google, you can’t change the username on your Clearplay account—the username and password are tied to your Facebook or Google account. If you want to switch your account registration from a Google or Facebook registration type, kindly contact customer support at [care@clearplay.com](mailto:care@clearplay.com).

**I Signed Up With My Email Address** For those who signed up for Clearplay by using an email address, changing your username/email address can be done in your account settings, accessible here: [https://web.clearplay.com/my-account.](https://web.clearplay.com/my-account.)
