• I signed up through Google or Facebook

I signed up with my email address

For those who signed up for Clearplay by entering an email address, changing your username/email address can be done in your account settings, accessible here: https://web.clearplay.com/my-account.

I signed up through Google or Facebook

If you registered using a Facebook or Google account, it's not possible to alter the username for this account type since the username and password are linked to your Facebook or Google profile settings.

If you wish to switch your account registration from a Google or Facebook registration type, kindly contact customer support at care@clearplay.com.
