# Billing Questions

****Questions About a Charge?****

Have you been double-billed?

Are you still being charged after canceling?

Email [care@clearplay.com](mailto:care@clearplay.com) so we can review your account and billing. Please include the email address that you use to login to your Clearplay account.

****When Is My Next Billing Date?****

1. Go to [https://web.clearplay.com/my-account](https://web.clearplay.com/my-account)

2. In the center (**Billing Information**), click **See Details**.

3. The next page shows your subscription’s next billing date.

****How Do I Restart My Membership?****

Restart your membership through your existing account. Use the same email address and sign-in method you used before.

1. Go to [https://web.clearplay.com/my-account](https://web.clearplay.com/my-account) and sign in.

2. Next to **Membership**, click **Sign Up**.

3. On the checkout page, leave **monthly billing** selected or turn on **annual billing**.

4. Enter your **payment information** and **billing address**, or use **Apple Pay** if offered. Review the **billing frequency** and **total**, then click **Subscribe** to restart your membership.

If you do not see the option to restart or need help signing in, email [care@clearplay.com](mailto:care@clearplay.com) with your account email address. Use your existing account to avoid creating a second account or membership.

****How Do I Review My Billing History?****

1. Go to [https://web.clearplay.com/my-account](https://web.clearplay.com/my-account)

2. In the center (**Billing Information**), click **See Details**.

3. Scroll to the bottom until you see **INVOICE HISTORY**.

**To print an invoice for a specific transaction**, hover over the transaction and click it.

****How Do I Change My Payment Information?****

1. Go to [https://web.clearplay.com/my-account](https://web.clearplay.com/my-account)

2. In the center (**Billing Information**), click **See Details**.
